Following Statements:

1. Mass objects propagating circulation events from the internal mechanics that produces the universe’s existence. 2. Substance is realized by action behavior. All mass objects propagate their actions with other mass objects in discrete quanta of exchanges within environment networks made up of subatomic seismic structures based on the circu8lating delay length. 3. Subatomic mass objects are bound by common position changes circulating with other separate mass objects such as leptons, quarks and barons. 4. MRE identifies one unifying force called the Displacement force which utilizes the Gravitational/Electromagnetic force equations as well as general relativity tenser behavior within mass object propagating circulating relationship action structures providing a more in-depth explanation of the four force components recognized as Gravity, Electro-magnetics, Strong interaction and Weak interaction. Galaxy star molecular bond is a link correlation between the Macro-world and the Micro-world or quantum. 5. Gravity is the act of a mass object circulating with common networks in low coordinated random or disorganized with other mass objects during position changes. The greater the number of circulating interactions between separate mass objects generates attraction if they are propagating in the same direction. It is thought that gravity is a monopole but when viewed on a cosmic scale with multiple galaxy cosmic flow [003] there is the familiar electromagnetic dipole position change behavior identified as flux. This is the result of large scale inertia propagation where large structures such as galaxies are traveling in the same direction and in so doing have attraction events. Galaxies such as the Milky Way propagating towards the Norma Cluster also has repulsion properties with respect to other galaxies inertia traveling in the opposite direction towards the Perseus-Pisces Clusters. Yet both gravity and electro- magnetics require a mass object propagating circulation to new positions with the same mechanics of momentum type kinetics from circulating delay lengths as well as inertia type potential as the degree of circulating connectivity between mass objects establishing common networks within bound change lines. This has the acceleration and deceleration effect as a 2nd order derivative deriving the velocity as a delay length, which is the 1st order with a derivative as a point location. This is the circulation component of an energy transfer mechanism set into stable action structures during high energy collision events forming quarks. Strong force behavior is within the atomic structure where at the subatomic level of the nucleus the propagation during a three position change cycle has half of the circulations with the same mass object and the remaining half with separate mass objects in the environment. This binds the mass object within the three position change structure to the extent that the events are considered a single instant over three locations that interact with other objects through the circulations deriving the direction of travel. 9. Weak interaction is the unstable subatomic mass object position change sequence receiving disproportional amounts of force carriers to its new respective positions, which destabilize the propagating rate of change as well as the circulating common position bonds causing the breakup of common positions. A Beta minus (β−) decay is where a neutron converts to a proton. A Beta plus (β+) decay is where a proton converts to a neutron. 10. The four dimensions are an external perspective of the physics of mass object events. D3 affects L1 not L2 when understanding that the 1919 event of star light perceived as bent in a space-time warped condition of tensor metric behavior from our sun is in fact the result of the sun’s D3 circulating lobes coming in contact with earth observation detection equipment caused the L1 circulations to the distant stars of L2 emissions to have different connectivity. This appears to have the bent behavior of light in space-time but is strictly the phenomena between mass objects propagating influence on each other. 13. The rate of position change for a mass object provides the explanation of thermal interactions with separate mass objects from the perspective of a third reference mass object.
